Job Decription

• Print sales order from emails, B2B portals and issue, transmit, file and update sales invoices
• Print goods returned note from fax, emails as wels as B2B portals and update the stock balance in the system
• Issue credit notes for goods returned
• Record and update the product list in the system from bulk to finished goods
• Book time slots for goods to be delivered to retail outlets
• To process online orders and arrange delivery
• Issue stock issue for consignment goods and to reconcile the sales and issue invoices
• Assist in weekly and monthly stock take
• To prepare the daily/monthly sales report
• Any other accounting or general ad ho administrative/accounts or office work

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience
• Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, accounting software like Madsoft,QnE etc is an advantage
• Willingness to work effectively in a team
• Living in the Yishun Sembawang, Woodlands area an advantage

5 day week; Monday to Friday; 8.30am - 5.45pm

Salary: $1800 - $2,200

• To carry out schedule maintenance and attend breakdown service call for installed BMS/Security/ELV System
• To carry out A&A work
• To provide technical and engineering support

1) Engage and communicate professionally with prospects and members who come from all types of diverse backgrounds

2) Manage events such as roadshows and collaborations with external vendors to drive gym sales

3) Run the day to day operations of a gym club

4) Build knowledge of the gym services the gym provides to customers and gain insights into the fitness industry

5) Manage stakeholders such as the working partners of the gym club.

6) Active participation in building and fine-tuning marketing processes, leveraging on sales and marketing tools and platforms such as social media.

7) Basic graphic design and video creation for social media marketing

- NCSF/ ACE certification, CPR/AED certification
