This is a Retail Assistant role, for which you will provide leadership and direction to a group of team members. Be responsible for driving sales, team management, inventory control, sales promotions and delivering quality customer service.

Job Scope

• Responsible to meet weekly target.

• Manage in store operations (packing of orders)

Job Requirements

• Ability to work independently to manage the store and a small team
• Demonstrate initiative and thinking on one's feet to resolve retail related matters
• Comfortable with working with small jewellery bits and jewellery tools and machinery
• Ensure retail team is well trained and updated regularly on product/SOP changes
• Good eye for jewellery and fashion to offer suggestions to customers
• Able to work 5 days a week (including one weekend). Minimum commitment of 6 months.
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.

• You will need to escalate unresolved customer feedback and account related disputes for further review/ investigation and provide operational support throughout.
• You will need to assist to update daily reports on contact trends and service performance indicators.

Who You Are

• You will need a Diploma/GCE A Level certification.
• You will need at least 2 years working experience in direct customer servicing, preferably in contact centre environment.
• You should have good customer service skills.
• You should have a good command of English and Chinese, preferably both oral and written, in order to liaise with Chinese speaking customers.
• You should be a strong team player with good interpersonal skills.
• You should be proficient in MS Office.
