Job Description

1. Secretarial & Administrative Support.

• Performs general clerical and secretarial duties.
• Liaising with relevant organizations and clients
• Coordination and scheduling of meetings within office and with external parties
• Determine which issues require immediate attention, and communicate to leadership
• Prepare letters, reports, memoranda, meeting minutes, forms, and similar material based on dictation.

Job Scope:

• To assist Technical Manager/Superintendent in all technical and safety matters concerning designated vessels and to implement the technical and safety policies of the Company on these vessels as directed by Technical Manager.
• Carrying out repair maintenance and servicing of vessels as per the instructions of the Technical Manager/Superintendent
