Position: Office Admin
Type: Full time
RESPONSIBILITES:
- Process incoming & outgoing shipments and orders
- Inventory management, generating of orders, D/Os, Invoices, etc.
- Data entry into inhouse WMS system (training will be provided)
- Generate report on weekly and monthly basis
- Liaising with customers and vendors on incoming and outgoing shipments via calls, messages and emails
- Communicate with colleagues to ensure job is properly explained and flow through
- Filing documents upon completion
- Follow standard SOP
- Other adhoc job assigned by supervisors
REQUIREMENTS:
- Min. 'O' levels and above
- Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin
- Using MS Office applications (Words, Excel, Outlook) on a proficient level
- Able to communicate effectively with colleagues, customers and vendors
- Keen eyes for details
- Good data organizing and job planning skills
- Experience in logistics/warehouse related jobs preferred
WORKPLACE & WORKING HOURS DETAILS:
- Office/Warehouse environment
- Located next to Tuas West MRT station
- Mondays to Fridays : 0900-1800HRS
COMPENSATION DETAILS:
- Basic salary from S$2,200/month onwards (subjected to candidates' work experience and other qualifications)
- Bonus: 13th month bonus, Performance based bonus
- Benefits: CPF contributions, O.T rate (1.5x Saturdays and 2.0x on Sundays and Public holidays), medical claims, dental claims, flexible work arrangement (can be discussed with company), Annual Leaves
