• Monitor customers’ accounts receivables and pursue overdue balances owed by customers; follow up with customers to maintain timely collection of accounts receivables

Position Overview:
As a Warehouse Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring that our inventory is managed efficiently and that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and promptly. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking and Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment, ensuring orders are complete and correctly packaged.
• Forklift Operation: Safely operate a forklift to move, stack, and organize inventory within the warehouse.
• Inventory Management: Assist with inventory counts, restocking shelves, and organizing products for easy access.
• Shipping and Receiving: Support the receiving and unloading of shipments, verifying product quantities, and updating inventory records.
• Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by adhering to warehouse safety protocols and standards.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure efficient and timely order fulfillment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in warehouse operations or logistics is preferred.
• Optional to have a valid forklift certification and experience operating a forklift.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking and packing orders.
• Basic understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

* Experience in Accounting software, Account receiving / payable, Account reconcilation

* Prepare and track quotation, invoice and delivery order, Purchase Order, Payment Voucher

* Prepare service report / claim report, filing, scanning and documentation

* Handle Parts Receiving and Inventory, Shipment

* Proficient with email, Microsoft words, Excel, Power Point

* Any adhoc assignment

* At least 2 years of relevant experience
