• Full set of accounting
•  To match, verify and acknowledge supplier invoices against relevant documents
•  Help on payment voucher processing and issuing cheques
•  Assist in preparation of reports
•  To sort out and acknowledge received daily incoming documents
•  Maintain proper filing
•  Other accounting related works and administrative support

Main job duties & Responsibilities

• Assist the accounting team with various administrative and data entry tasks.
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Enter and maintain accurate financial data in accounting software.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or accounting manager.
• File documents and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital to ensure all financial records are organized and easily retrievable.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management/Superior.

Job Requirements

• Experience as an Account Assistant
• Accounting experience
• In-dept knowledge of MYOB
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent verbal written communication skills.

Working Hours

• 5.5 day work week
• Mon - Fri: 08.30am - 5.30pm
• Sat: 08:30am - 12:30pm

Work Location

• Work location : 8 Tuas South Street 11
• Nearest MRT: Tuas Crescent
• Company Transport will be provided from Gul Circle MRT

• Salary: Basic from $3000 - $3500 (Depends on Experience)
• Working Hour: 5 Days (including weekends & PH) - Retails Hour
• Location: Island Wide

Job Scope:

• Responsible for the detection, anticipation and awareness of the customers' needs and market trends, brand's collection and competitors affecting its area or region
• Responsible for the image of the shop
• Providing the best service in their stores and giving the priority to its customers
• Setting the working schedules, floor plans according to the commercial necessity
• Do evaluations and continuously follow-up to the staff (together with the managers)
• Monitor the internal and external privacy policies (for example data protection, workplace monitoring)

Job Descriptions

• Assist head chef with food prep tasks like chopping, peeling, and marinating.
• Help with cooking simple dishes under the supervision of our head chef.
• Ensure all kitchen tools and equipment are cleaned and stored properly.
• Carry out kitchen inventory checks, and report shortages to the management.
• Maintain a clean and organised kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Any other matters required by the head chef and management.
