• Streamline invoice processing by collaborating with internal stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with GST regulations through accurate and timely e-filing of GST and invoices
• Support the timely preparation for GST top-up by managing import permit filings and extractions
• Assist with the weekly payment process and prepare necessary documentation
• Prepare a working file for Singapore Customs & Singapore Food Agency (SFA) to key in purchase invoices
• Build strong customer relationships by proactively resolving payment issues and ensuring a smooth payment experience
• Accurately and timely disseminate statements/invoices to the correct Person-In-Charge (PIC), adhering to credit terms
• Collaborate with customer managers to address overdue payments and mitigate credit risks
• Provide weekly updates on AR to customer managers to support informed decision-making
• Efficiently manage daily cash and cheque collections, ensuring accurate recording and timely bank deposits
• Conduct thorough reviews of daily receipts to identify and resolve any discrepancies
• Perform audit checks on signed invoices for easy retrieval upon customer requests
• Ensure all AR invoices are properly filed and stored for future reference

This position plays a key role in streamlining processes, maintaining compliance, and ensuring the smooth operation of financial and HR activities within the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and human resources, with the ability to manage day-to-day operations in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Finance:

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Oversee the preparation of financial reports and analyses for all divisions within the company.
• Ensure strict compliance with accounting principles, tax regulations, and industry standards.
• Develop, implement, and monitor financial policies and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure operational efficiency.

Human Resources:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding new employees.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with industry best practices and legal requirements.
• Handle employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring timely and accurate compensation for all employees.

Administrative Support:

• Assist the Sales team in preparing detailed sales and service quotations for clients.
• Coordinate logistics activities, including scheduling collections and deliveries, to meet customer requirements and ensure timely service.
• Provide pre-sales and after-sales support by working closely with the Sales, Service, and overseas teams to address customer needs and inquiries.
• Process sales orders efficiently to ensure smooth operations across departments.
• Perform general administrative duties as required, including filing, documentation, and reporting.
• Assist with ad-hoc office tasks to support the overall operations of the business.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR and finance roles, preferably within the renewable energy or technology sectors.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and HR best practices.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in HR and finance software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and with external stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the renewable energy or EV charging industry is a plus.

Main tasks/activities / responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the vessel’s Fuelling, electrical, and machinery equipment.
• Conduct routine checks of fuel pumps, fire extinguishers, and safety equipment.
• Enforce and adhere to safety regulations and policies.
• Daily checks on all vessels on the readiness for deployment
• Shifting of boats within the yard when necessary.
• Inspection of deck and engine log books.
• Ensuring the vessel’s crew maintains daily engine and auxiliary checklists and records.
• Recording of Bunker records.

Job requirements

3. ⁠knowledge on Cummins, Volvo penta, Mitsubishi marine engines.

4. ⁠ZF gearbox knowledge and various gensets.

5. ⁠Eletrical knowledge a plus.
