Responsibilities

• Process loan disbursements for Hire Purchase Loans
• Oversee the submission and proper handling of loan documents for signing and safekeeping.
• Draft and issue Letters of Offer and Supplementary Letters of Offer.
• Address inquiries and resolve issues from Branches, Business Units, and the Customer Contact team.
