Key Responsibilities

• Attend any inquiries from family members.
• Support the Office Manager with daily tasks (update Edutrust guides and procedures).
• Improve the school's admin systems through discussions with the Office Manager and leaders.
• Keep student records current on the school's digital platform and in file folders.
• Update employee data on the school's digital system and network storage.
• Perform simple accounting tasks and help with billing and receipt issuance.
• Organize how the office works and its procedures.
• Manage and reply to queries from parents, even during holidays once a week.
• Guide new families through the full admission process.
• Prepare regular reports (like attendance and enrollment numbers) for the management.
• Oversee the reception area and keep it tidy.
• Update staff on daily routines, news, and student/ parent/ vendor info.
• Work with the Quality Assurance Executive to keep policies and Edutrust papers well-filed.
• Keep track of enquiries, school visits, and event data, and provide monthly and yearly stats.

• Continually meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

Job Description:

The incumbent is responsible for laboratory/site testing of soil samples and producing soil testing reports for

the clients so as to support the achievement of sales revenue and PBT targets.

Laboratory Works

• Plan the soil testing activities according to client requirements/assignments:

- Interpret and verify the client’s assignments (e.g., types of tests, timeframe, etc)

- Schedule the testing programmes according to priority

- Delegate manpower to complete the testing tasks

• Execute the soil testing works to determine the physical and mechanical of the soil samples:

- Supervise the technicians to prepare the correct samples for soil testing (e.g., check the assignment and UD soil samples)

- Carry out extrusion of the soil samples

- Liaise with clients for samples that are unable to meet their requirements for their decision-making

- Carry out the soil tests according to BS standards or standards specified by client

- Carry out the disposal of the tested samples according to standard operating procedures

• Produce soil testing report for the clients:

- Collate and record data from testing equipment

- Compile testing results (factual) using the Winclisp

- Generate and check accuracy of the reports for signatory

- Submit the approved soil testing reports to clients

Site Works

• Plan the soil testing activities on site according to client requirements:

- Verify with client on the soil testing locations (e.g., types of tests, timeframe, etc)

- Schedule the testing programmes and equipment including resources allocation to fulfil clients requirements

- Arrange to maintain the testing equipment fitness-for-use

- Delegate manpower to complete the testing tasks

• Coordinate the execution of soil testing works to determine the soil settlement and field density:

- Prepare and brief technicians the soil testing works to be carried

- Carry out soil testing according to plan and BS standards or standards specified by client

- Collect site testing data sheet for report preparation

- Provide solution to site for technical problem or issue

- Arrange the return of testing equipment

• Produce soil testing report for the clients:

- Collate and record data from testing equipment

- Compile testing results (factual)

- Generate and check accuracy of the reports for signatory

- Submit the approved soil testing reports to clients

Job requirements :

- Formal education in Geology / Civil Engineering

- Good knowledge of soil and rock classifications

- Familiar with 5S and safety knowledge

- Work and thrive under pressure

- Outdoor works/site works/laboratory

Job Responsibilities: 

• Ensure inventory items are well-organized, properly stored, handled and distributed
• Picking warehouse goods for customers’ orders up to 25 kg using machines;
• Transporting stock items with a pallet jack to other section;
• Pick items from shelves or designated areas according to order lists.
• Pack and prepare items for shipment, ensuring they are properly labeled and documented
• Doing shopping from shopfloor for our online customers' orders;
• Must be physically fit, able to stand long hours, walking & individual items carry goods up to 30kg

Role Overview:
We are looking for a positive, customer friendly admin and customer service executive with a strong work ethic for our dance studios. As part of the admin team you will be required to provide overall customer and teacher support over email, phone and face to face at the studios.

Things you will do

• Greet & welcome customers
• Provide information about our classes, programs and studio policies
• Respond to general support enquiries (email, phone, walk-ins)
• Process student upgrades, withdrawals, payment collection and other administrative tasks
• Maintain accurate records of class schedules, registrations, and payments using our studio management software
• Address customer concerns or complaints in a professional manner, escalating issues when necessary
• Ensure premises are kept neat, well organised and report any maintenance issue to the relevant personnel
• Collaborate within and across teams to achieve business goals of service excellence and growth

About you:
As the ideal candidate you will have:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience (customer service or admin)
• Proficiency in office management software and systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
