Position Title: Sales Coordinator cum Admin
Contract Type : Permanent, Full Time
Location : Singapore
Job Description:
- Preparation of PO, invoices, delivery orders and other shipping documents (commercial invoice, packing list etc) as per instruction
- Liaise with customers, suppliers and freight forwarders with shipping arrangements, prepare & follow-up on shipping documentation.
Support sales team on daily administration. Handle email/phone.
- Handle the filing of documentation and record keeping (e.g. invoices and shipping documents)
· Provide office administrative support to ensure smooth operations, eg: Procure pantry items, office supplies and IT servicing arrangements.
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned
Qualification & Requirements:
· Singaporeans and Singapore PR only
· Diploma in Business /Administration/Shipping/Marketing or related field
· At least 2 years’ experience related to sales and shipping activities
· Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
· Good communication skills and email/telephone etiquette
· Exposure to computer hardware/ software is preferred
· Proficiency in MS Office
Other Details:
Working hour: 9:00-17:30 (Mon-Fri)
Annual Leave :12 days (1st year and 2nd year) up to maximum of 15 days (after 2nd year)
Medical Leave :14 days
Medical benefit :S$500/Year (1st year to 3rd year) to S$800/Year (6th Year)
Bonus: AWS + Bonus (Based on personal and company performance)

Monthly salary:
Salary: S$2,800 to S$3,000 per month
