Responsibilities:
- Handle the full spectrum of Accounts Payable-related matters
- Verify vendor invoices & claims submitted by staff
- Data entry and processing of vendor invoices and staff claims
- Process cheque & GIRO payment
- Reconcile Vendor’s statement of account
- Assist in generating monthly AR billing
- Follow up on, collect, and update payment
- Attend to email/call inquiries on vendor invoices and payments
- Maintain proper documentation and filing
Requirements:
- Min. Nitec in Accounting / Finance or equivalent certifications
- At least 1-2 years of full set accounting experience, otherwise in Accounts Payable
- Responsible, Meticulous, and Good Attitude
- Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive
- Commitment to working efficiently and accurately
- Able to commit from Sept 2024 to Mar 2025
