Our client is an US MNC, one of the largest players in the life-science sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting for Lab Assistant to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects.

This is a 1 Year contract (Convertible) role. They are located at Buona Vista – Walking distance from the MRT station.

5 days work week - Monday to Friday (8.30 am to 5.30pm)

Training will be provided for Entry Level (structured training programs)

Duties

• Prepare samples and reagents
• Operate sample handling equipments
• Ensure data accuracy and detail records
• Adhere to safety procedures
• Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• Possess minimally a Nitec/Diploma in Chemistry / Lifescience / Biotech / Pharmacy / Food Tech related fields
• No experience needed - Training Provided (structured training programs)

- Able to perform cashiering duties and take orders

- Ensure proper handling and storage of all ingredients

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Dedicate to realizing the sales promotion plans devised by the company.
• Handle customer enquiries (phone calls, emails, and social media platforms such as WhatsApp, WeChat, and LINE).
• Offer technical assistance to customers, resolving their issues promptly to enhance satisfaction levels.
• Support all the marketing and promotional endeavours, encompassing public relations events, exhibitions, product launches, and pop-up events, ensuring seamless coordination.
• Report regularly on development performance to the company, including processing and documenting transaction details.
• Optimize resource utilization and streamline workflow efficiency.
• Perform daily administrative tasks, general clerical duties, and any ad-hoc assignments as needed.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of work experience (required).
• Proficient in sales, or related fields with demonstrated experience.
• Proficiency in computer skills (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, & Excel).
• Willing to work outdoor.
• Excellent command in written & verbal communication skills.
• Good organizational, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.
