Job Description:
The Executive Assistant at the Young Heroes Cancer Care Centre plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the center's programs and services. This position primarily focuses on providing essential administrative support to maintain the smooth functioning of various activities. The assistant's responsibilities encompass a range of tasks, including but not limited to finance-related administrative duties such as submitting payment requests and claims.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Administration: Process payment requests and claims, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to established financial procedures. Assist in tracking and managing expenses related to the center's programs. Maintain financial records and prepare reports as required.
2. Administrative Support: Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and events for the center. Maintain organized files and records to facilitate easy retrieval of information. Collaborate with the team to ensure effective communication and coordination.
3. Program Support: Assist in program coordination, including arranging logistics, materials, and resources as needed. Support the implementation of various activities, workshops, and events. Help maintain databases and records related to program participants.
4. Client Interaction: Provide courteous and helpful assistance to clients, families, and visitors. Assist in responding to inquiries and providing information about the center's services.
