Main Responsibilities

• Explain functions and qualities of products to customers either over the phone, counter or email, if any
• Identify customers’ needs and recommend suitable related products/solutions
• Assist troubleshoot product issues with customers
• Restock items that are running low and maintain proper product display
• Assist with stock count and placement of new products
• Keep track of receivable for credit note or compensation from suppliers
• Perform cleaning and maintenance of retail store to ensure it is clean, well maintained and presentable
• Execute any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities which the Company may assign from time to time at its discretion

Requirement:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels or equivalent
• Fluent in English to communicate with English-speaking customers
• Minimum 1 year of experience from retail industry
• Able to work retail hours and on weekends
• Excellent knowledge and keen interest in photography / videography and digital Imaging/ IT solutions will be added advantage

The Department of Architecture invites applications for one Tenure Track Assistant Professor position in History/Theory/Criticism of Architecture.

The Department of Architecture in the College of Design and Engineering is ranked among the top 10 in the world, and Asia’s best in Architecture/Built Environment, by the Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) World University Rankings (2023). It offers the professionally accredited Master of Architecture programme as well as a range of graduate and undergraduate programmes in related fields such as urban planning/design, landscape architecture and conservation. Qualifications

The Department of Architecture at the National University of Singapore invites applications for one Tenure track (Assistant Professor) position in architectural history and theory. We are particularly interested in candidates specializing in Asia. An innovative, interdisciplinary approach to researching and teaching about the built environment in Asia will be especially valued.

A Ph.D. in the history and theory of architecture or a closely related field completed by the start date is required. Candidates should have a record of scholarship and a promising research agenda for future development.

You will be responsible for managing and overseeing warehouse operations, including inventory control, order processing, and quality assurance. Additionally, the role requires reporting any damages or discrepancies, ensuring tools and equipment are in good working condition, and arranging repairs or replacements as necessary. The candidate will also implement 5S practices to keep the workspace organized and operate material-handling equipment such as hand trucks, forklifts, and hydraulic platforms to facilitate efficient warehouse operations.

Qualifications:

• Must have forklift licence

Responsibilities

• Review and authorise AR invoice, AP invoice and payment voucher
• Review related party transactions
• Review monthly closing of accounts include prepare supporting schedules
• Prepare consolidation of financial statements and financial reports for management and statutory reporting within the timeline
• Handle GST reporting, corporate tax reporting and deferred tax computation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, financial reporting standads and statutory requirements
• Cash flow report preparation monitoring
• Any other ad hoc assignments
