Job Scope:
Legalisation (Main Task):
- Ensure the accuracy and compliance of procedures prior to document authentication
- Conduct thorough, multi-step verifications on Singapore Government-issued documents before processing them
- Provide exceptional, responsive customer service to address inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance the overall customer experience
- Assist customers and members of the public with online payment processes
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries received through walk-ins and emails
- Address customer challenges or concerns related to Certificates and document legalisation
- Support counter operations by assisting with general and technical issues, escalating matters as needed before opening
Stakeholding (When required):
- Administrative support (including data entry) to the team to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations
- Maintain and update records in the Stakeholding System and SharePoint
- Ensure timely completion and accuracy of assigned tasks.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned
Working Arrangement:
Contract Duration: 11 Months
Location: Coleman Street
Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays (office hours)
Salary: Monthly Rated
Job Requirements:
• Strong customer service orientation, complemented by excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in computer applications, particularly MS SharePoint and MS Office Suite, including MS Word and Excel.
• Detail-oriented with a meticulous approach to tasks.
• Able to work independently as well as a team player
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Training will be provided
