Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record shipments, reporting any issues to management.
• Maintain accurate records using Excel to keep updated inventory levels.
• Oversee picking, packing, testing, and quality control of outgoing and incoming goods.
• Ensure the warehouse remains clean and organized, managing stock availability.
• Handle administrative tasks and documentation related to inventory and shipment

Job Scope

· Process payroll transaction, calculate staff & general worker’s overtime, and CPF submission.

· Maintain employee annual leave database and process petty cash.

· Prepare employment contracts, KETS (for staff), letters of appointment, and confirmation/ termination letter.

· Prepare job description, post job ads and source for suitable candidates.

· Proper filling for all the invoices and payment vouchers.

· Submission of year-end IR8A and IR21.

· Updating MOM Labour Survey and Occupational Employment Dataset (OED).

· Assist in ISO & GGBS Renewal & Surveillance Audit, BCA registration renewal, GeBiz renewal and BizSafe Renewal.

· Submission of application/ renewal for the Contractor Registration and Builder License under eBACS.

· Assign account codes to all transactions in the accounting system.

· Compile the relevant business documentation used in banking process.

· Coordinate and liaise with relationship managers of the bank.

· Maintain accurate financial records and statements.

· Record transactions and events relating to sales, purchases, receivables, payables and cash.

· Issuing and process payment vouchers, journal and bank reconciliation.

· Preparation and monitor weekly/ daily cash flow.

· Retrieve system reports from the accounting system for managements use.

· Submission of GST return.

· Prepare audit schedules and liase with auditor for the annual audit process.

· Prepare Project Budgeting for audit purpose.

· Coordinate with tax agent with the tax matters of the company.

· Coordinate and liaise with insurance for Performance Bond / Advance Payment Bond matters.

· Coordinate and liaise with insurance agent for Foreign Workers Hospitalisation Insurance renewal, WICA renewal and Machinery Insurance.

· Coordinate with valuer for the machinery valuation matter.

· Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement

*Education: A certificate, diploma, or higher qualification in accounting, administration, or a related field

*Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the internet, and the ability to use accounting software like MYOB

*Experience: At least two years of relevant work experience

*Language: Proficiency in writing and speaking English

*Other skills: Ability to multitask

Admin duties

General admin duties ,Filing , General Admin duties, Sales quote , following up on project quote .

Accounts Duties

* Perform bookkeeping transactions for Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL); handle partial or full sets of accounts.

* Assist in preparing management accounts for year-end filing.

* Perform invoicing within the accounting system.

* Prepare payroll reports.

* Physically file and e-file documents.

* Perform any other duties as required.

Requirements

* Minimum qualification: LCCI/Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.

* Proficiency in accounting principles such as bookkeeping, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

* At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience.

* Required Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word & Excel).

* Strong sense of responsibility, maturity, self-initiative, proactivity, attention to detail, good interpersonal skills, meticulousness, and ability to work fast , independently and multi-task.

* Prossess good organization , communication and people skill.

* Bilingual proficiency in both English and Mandarin
