Job Description:

• Managing and maintaining the inventory of parts and components.
• Handle customer inquiries and address their needs.
• Place orders for parts and components as needed.
• Liaise with suppliers to place orders, confirm deliveries, negotiate prices, and manage lead times to ensure parts arrive when needed.
• Prepare and maintain purchase orders.
• Prepare quotation, invoice and delivery order.
• Monitor delivery schedule & coordinating with warehouse personnel.

Job Requirement:

• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Preferable with relevant experience in administrative and logistics
• Familiar with Ms Office Application
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Handle the recruitment process (e.g., Job posting, coordinate for interviews, preparation of offer letters, new hirers onboarding registration, etc.)

Preparation of materials.

Liaising with MOM

Create, maintain and update employee’s file records and leave records in system.

Responsible for all types of leave, payroll and salary administration.

Responsible for all work-related passes (e.g., Application, renewals, cancellation etc.)

Provide support in all general administrative HR operations

Assist in other ad-hoc tasks.
