• Develop and execute inventory planning strategies to ensure optimal stock levels, minimizing both excess inventory and stockouts across various port and supply chain operations. 
• Manage and coordinate purchase orders with suppliers and vendors, ensuring timely delivery of goods and alignment with inventory requirements. 
• Continnuously monitor inventory levels and turnover rates, analyzing metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. 
• Analyze inventory data and generate reports on stock status, inventory turnover, and order fulfillment to support decision-making and strategic planning. 
• Build and maintain relaƟonships with key suppliers and service providers to ensure reliability and address any supply chain issues promptly. 
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy, reduce costs, and streamline operations within the port and supply chain environment.
• Address and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, and other issues proacƟvely, providing solutions to minimize impact on supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• NITEC in any discipline 

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Ops/Housekeeping Assistant to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to uphold cleanliness and organisation standards across our studio and warehouse. Every day looks different in this dynamic role — from moving and delivering furniture to inspecting our space pre and post-events. You'll tackle a range of tasks, including cleaning areas like the flower studio, restrooms, courtyard, and beyond. Flexibility and an eye for detail are pivotal for excelling in this position.

Responsibilities

* Perform general maintenance and cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors, dusting furniture, and cleaning surfaces across various areas.

* Assist with logistics and operations, such as rearranging furniture and delivering items between the studio and warehouse. Conduct pre and post-event venue inspections.

* Provide on-the-ground support during events.

* Handle additional administrative duties, including plant care, inventory management, and more.

Requirements

* Possess a Class 3 driving license.

* Capable of lifting up to 25kg.

* Proficient in English communication.

Responsibilities：

• In charge of full spectrum of recruitment cycle including preparing and posting of job descriptions, interviewing, and handling on / off-boarding
• Process employee data in the HRIS system and monthly payroll to ensure its accuracy
• Coordinate the day-to-day workflow of subordinates in the HR department
• Provide advisories to the management with regard to employment issues which includes labour legislations, best local labour practices, company manpower practices and ensure legal compliances with all statutory requirements
• Reviewing human resources policies and procedures
• Hands on with HR issues such as employee relations, grievances, complaints and provide counselling / guidance
• Prepare and discuss on regular HR reports
• Monitor performance, identify and facilitate opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency
• Maintain employee morale by fostering a positive working environment through effective leadership and teamwork
• Main point of contact for all employee relations matters
• Perform any other related duties as and when assigned by the management
• Timely submission of claims and training grants to various government agencies / statutory bodies
• Submission of various statutory surveys

Requirements：

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High degree of integrity and discipline
• Ability to create, present and execute ideas, reports, and budgets
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite especially Word and Excel
• Strong knowledge in local employment laws and best practice
