As the Programme Manager responsible for overseeing various clusters, your duties encompass:
- Guiding trainee recruitment and strategically assigning placements, overseeing performance reviews, and conducting career development discussions with both trainees and their managers.
- Crafting and refining program curricula to create an environment conducive to continuous learning through engaging educational experiences.
- Directing the planning and execution of diverse development initiatives and events across all program tracks.
- Collaborating with relevant program sponsors and leadership to secure support for providing valuable development opportunities.
- Supervising and tracking the costs, budget, indicators, and metrics associated with management talent development events.
- Developing, implementing, and regularly updating a structured roadmap dedicated to nurturing the growth of management trainees.
- Evaluating and refining engagement strategies for trainees, identifying individual developmental needs, and leveraging leadership for appropriate training opportunities.
- Acting as the secretariat for both the organization and cluster-level management development program committee, seeking their guidance, support, and endorsement to establish a robust talent development system.
- Monitoring external trends, innovations, and capabilities in management talent and integrating relevant insights into Management Development programs to enhance talent engagement, development, and retention within the company.
- Participating in quality improvement and innovation projects within the department as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Learning and Development, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 8 years' experience leading organizational development, curriculum design, assessment centers, and various programs within an organization.
- At least 5 years in leadership/management roles, involving interaction with leadership at all levels.
- Demonstrating consultative leadership skills.
- Direct development and implementation of leadership capability reviews, competency frameworks, performance management, career development, talent management, and succession processes.
- Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective communication, clear presentations, building robust stakeholder relationships, influencing, and negotiating desired outcomes.
- Collaborative skills with HR Business Partners and line leaders are crucial, showcasing your ability to engage with multiple stakeholders up to senior management levels.
- Excellent time management, the capacity to handle competing priorities, and adeptness in project management are necessary skills.
- Proficiency in effectively managing departmental budgets is required.
