Job Description

Position: Admin Assistant (12 months Contract, Renewable)

Venue: Bendemeer / Woodlands (Willing to travel to different sites)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm

Resposibilities:

• Deliver a range of People Services and Program from various People Organization function such as (but not limited to), interview co-ordination, onboarding of new hires, contract administration related activities, manage, track and generate reporting on government claims, etc
• Respond to Internal Customer Requests and Inquiries
• Manage and Maintain Personnel and Organizational Records
• Perform, Review, and Monitor Services and Programs Across the Employee Lifecycle

Requirements:

• Obtained a Diploma/ Bachelor degree.
• Fresh Graduate with Learning mind is welcome.
• Good writing and communication skills and the ability to communicate with team members and management at all levels in the company.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Job Responsibilities:

• Operating cash register and handling of cash in the pharmacy
• Perform daily operations of the pharmacy and provide quality customer service
• Replenish stocks in the pharmacy and ensure proper merchandising of products
• Inspect stock conditions & perform goods receipts and handle inter-branch transfers
• Assist the supervisor in the counting of stocks in cycle counts and stock takes

Requirements

· GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ / ‘A’ Levels or Diploma Holders

· Good organisational and administrative skills

· Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

· Good team player, have an eye for details and ability to multi-task
