• Assist in the planning and execution of 6-monthly Programme Management Committee (PMC) meetings
• Work with teammates to ensure the smooth operations of the programme
• Support other office functions, e.g. hosting industry events

Stakeholder engagement and development

• Participate in meetings with SAP consortium members, industry stakeholders and public agencies
• Assist in the planning and execution of Singapore Airshow exhibition and hosting of Singapore Aerospace Technology Leadership Forum
• Facilitate the conceptualization and development of follow-on research initiatives beyond SAP
• Work with inter-division or inter-agency teams to drive aerospace industry development, develop industry transformation maps and aerospace roadmaps
• Coordinate industry engagement activities such as company visits to A*STAR and Airshow meetings and manage follow-up actions
• Nurture industry accounts to deepen research activities with A*STAR
• Engage Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) to jointly develop research ecosystem aerospace capabilities

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Engineering, preferably in the field of aerospace or aeronautical
• 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in aerospace MRO or R&D and/or project management roles
• Strong communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong planning and analytical skills
• Result-oriented, resourceful and attentive to details
• Familiarity with the Singapore research ecosystem and grant call process will be an advantage

Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management:

Lead, manage, and inspire a dynamic team of coordinators within the Operations Department.

Foster a culture of responsibility and dedication, ensuring each team member achieves their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Process Optimization:

Actively update and refine workflow, mandates, processes, and protocols within the department to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Forge strong working relationships between coordinators, the sales team, and program managers.

Serve as a liaison to bridge communications, identify information gaps, and clarify job roles.

Technology Oversight:

Oversee the utilization and management of the App to streamline operations and enhance team collaboration.

Financial Coordination:

Coordinate the monthly review of logsheets for the finance department to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Meeting Planning and Facilitation:

Plan and facilitate regular operations meetings to provide updates, foster cohesion, and address challenges proactively.

Performance Monitoring:

Monitor and maintain records of coordinating hours per coordinator to optimize resource allocation and productivity.

Sales Support:

Assist the Sales Department with managing the SEP Portal to facilitate seamless operations and customer service.

Reporting:

Provide frequent updates to the Operations Director on departmental activities, challenges, and successes

Job Requirements:

• Degree in any discipline from a recognized institution are welcome

• Possess at least three years of relevant leadership experience, preferable in sport/fitness industry

• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills

As a Healthcare Assistant at My Queen, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care and support to mothers and new-born infants during their stay with us.

Job Responsibilities:

Baby care duties include:

• Cleaning, bathing and changing of diapers
• Assist in feeding of babies
• Taking note of babies’ temperature, feeding pattern, mental/physical behaviour, and/or other necessary information
• Monitoring of babies’ growing progress
• Guide parents in infection control and baby safety measurements
• Ensure Baby Safety
• Umbilical Care
• Oral and Eye Care
• Assist in any other duties as required by the supervisor or manager

Mummy Care Duties Include:

• Monitoring of Mummies' recovery progress
• Guiding mummies in breastfeeding
• Guiding mummies in baby care techniques
• Assist mothers in understanding and coping with postnatal conditions
• Assist in any other duties as required by the supervisor or manager

Working Hours

• 2 x Morning shifts (preferably 1 weekend and 1 weekday)
• 11 hours each shift (8am to 830pm inclusive of 1.5 break time)

Location

• Located within Oasia Hotel, Sentosa (Right beside Imbiah Station)

Salary

From $120 per shift onwards

• Subjected to experience / qualifications
• Higher hourly rates for Weekends & Public Holidays
