• Shall have at least 3 years of relevant experience in administrative role and/or front desk reception, preferably with prior working experience in an educational institution. 

Working Hours:

• Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 0.5 hr lunch break
• Fridays: 7:00am to 3:30pm, inclusive of 1 hr lunch break
• Off days on Saturdays and Sundays

Job Duties:

· Provide clerical and administrative support.

· Responsible for work pass related matters; applications, renewals, cancellations etc

· Reimbursement of all claims from Government online portal.

· Perform recruitment and on-board processing, release and out processing.

· Handle staff training

· Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs and housekeeping

· Control of fuel cards/cash Card

· Liaises with government in all related matters (MOM, LTA, IRAS, NEA and etc)

· Handle and follow up of insurance claim/renewals

· Maintain proper insurance records and renewal for office, workmen, medical and vehicle insurance policy

· Perform any other duties as assigned by superiors

Requirement:

· Diploma / Higher Nitec

· Min 1-2 years of experience

• Liaise with our vendors, agency etc.
• Maintain high standard of hygiene and cleanliness of the office.
• Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents.
• Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
• Arrange couriers, order stationery, stock up pantry items, open letter box.
• Assist in any other daily administrative duties to ensure smooth running of the office
operations.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as per assigned.
