• Perform 3-way matching (Invoice, DO, and PO) and upload invoices via AP-Direct, Esker, GEP.
• Email invoices with DO to customers.
• Send and check monthly statements of account to customers.
• Process daily incoming customer receipts.
• Assist senior accountant with AR collection issues.
• Update schedule of other receivables.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting / Alevel with AR experience
