Working hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Perform general office duties such as answering phones, taking messages, and directing calls
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
• Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
• Organize and maintain office filing systems, both electronic and paper
• Arrange travel and accommodations for staff when needed
• Enter and update data in databases and spreadsheets accurately and efficiently
• Maintain and organize office records, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible
• Assist with special projects and assignments as needed
• Conduct basic research and gather information for reports and presentations
• Support other departments with administrative tasks as required

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
