2. Appointment Scheduling: Book, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments, ensuring proper documentation and accuracy of schedules.
3. Patient Information & Records: Update patient records, ensuring all information is accurate, complete, and maintained confidentially.
4. Billing & Payments: Perform cashiering duties, including processing payments and handling insurance claims (e.g., CHAS, Medisave, private insurance).
5. Patient Reminders & Follow-ups: Send appointment reminders, follow up on treatment plans, and ensure timely communication with patients regarding their appointments or lab results.
6. Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative duties, including answering phones, managing patient inquiries, and handling patient feedback.
7. Manage Laboratory Cases: Track and manage the transmission of dental cases to and from the laboratory, ensuring all cases are properly recorded and sent/received on time.

Job Requirements:

1. Education: Minimum qualification of "N"/"O" Levels or equivalent.
2. Experience: Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting is an advantage but not mandatory.
3. Skills:Basic computer skills (familiarity with clinic management software, e.g., Clinic Assist, is a plus).
   Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
   Excellent multitasking and time management abilities.
4. Work Schedule:5.5-day work week, including evening shifts and one weekend day.
   Flexibility to adjust work hours as needed.
5. Personal Attributes:Professional, friendly, and patient-oriented demeanor.
   Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
   Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
