Job Description
· Monitor and update employees’ attendance and leave record
· Maintain and ensure proper documentation of employee database and personnel files.
· Prepare new staff on-boarding and off-boarding.
· Perform general HR administrative functions such as processing of Work Pass, preparation of appointment / confirmation letters.
· Assist in performance review and appraisal exercises
· Review & update Policy for office administration
· Process the expense reimbursement for director
· Prepare, update, maintain and file all admin related documents
· Participate in planning company activities such as team bonding, staff gathering, D&D etc.
· Manage travel arrangement such as flight schedules, visas application, transportation and accommodation.
· Oversee all administrative tasks such as general office housekeeping, stationary requisition and managing office assets list
· Handle all outgoing courier service and incoming mails/ courier services

· Manage and maintain the company’s insurance – Car Insurance/ Office Care/ Travel Insurance and etc.
· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
· Min 2 - 4 years’ relevant working experience in HR/Admin.
· Proficient in MS Office Applications (e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Good communication, organizational skills and with multi-tasking abilities
· Teamwork (ability and willingness to work with all levels of organization)
· Familiar with Singapore Employment Act is preferred.
· Good communication skills in English and Mandarin in order to coordinate with English and Mandarin speaking associates
