Key Responsibilities:
· Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure the programme run smoothly
· Provide administrative support for the audit conducted on the programme
· Manage data including verification and uploading programme data into dashboard for visualisation and further evaluation
· Assist in procurement process
· Manage inventory
· Responsible for secretariat duty including arranging meetings and collating agenda
Qualifications and Skills:
· Diploma or above, preferably in business administration or related discipline
· 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in project management
· Good communication skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel and Word)
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel tools, e.g. V look-up, Pivot Table and etc
· Meticulous with good attention to details
