Duties and Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day grant-related financial matters, month-end and year-end accounts closing, and preparation of the monthly and year-end audit schedules
• Liaise with various departments in the collection of information and documents
• Prepare payroll certification for manpower claims
• Process claim submissions to funding organisations for funded projects
• Monitor funding accounts receivables for payment and follow up on collections

You will support Group Nursing in the planning, implementation, coordination and evaluation of projects and initiatives in alignment with Group Nursing’s Strategic Plan. You will act as the main liaison between different institutions to facilitate the smooth running of cluster nursing initiatives and coordinate with training course providers and SingHealth nurses on registration for approved nursing courses. You will handle, track, and oversee the disbursement of award funding. You will also be involved in planning the annual SingHealth Nursing events and coordinate grant calls/award calls nominations.

You will provide secretariat support to cluster nursing meetings and assigned Nursing Councils. You are required to strategise and organise targeted forums and focus group sessions to identify gaps and solutions to meet the needs of our nurses. RESPONSIBILITIES

Website Management

• Manage SE Website for sales orders, promotions, new product listing, etc

Accounts Servicing

• Provide sales support to customers
• Provide support to Assisted Employment partners
• Manage new enquiries
• Develop solutions according to customers' needs

Manage Production Schedule

• Work with production centres on production schedule to ensure timely delivery to customers

Vendor Management

• Work with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products/services
• Liaise with Landlord on operational matters

Market Research

• Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and evaluate customers' needs.
• Work with production centres to come up with marketing campaigns for new products

Manage New Sales

You are responsible for providing secretarial support to the Head of department, where you are required to coordinate HOD’s work arrangement and ensure timely maintenance and de-conflicting of scheduled meetings and activities.

You will perform internal and external liaison functions to ensure efficient and effective management of the office. You will need to coordinate and liaise with external parties which includes making and receiving phone calls, emails and visitors.

You are also responsible in providing administrative support to the Program Office’s day-to-day operations such as collation of documents related to resident’s funding. There will also be ad-hoc administrative and logistical assignments such as providing support for meetings and residency event and to source for faculty appreciation gifts.
