• Review and verify expenses.
• Reconcile medical insurance claims to payment reports/collections, and liaise with clinic operations teams to resolve rejected claims.
• Prepare annual budgets and forecasts.
• Prepare and submit annual statutory accounts in compliance with statutory requirements.
• Prepare quarterly GST returns and annual corporate tax filings.
• Prepare relevant financial reports and presentations for Annual General Meetings.
• Liaise with auditors in relation to annual statutory audits.
• Assess current practices and processes, and make recommendations for improvements.
• Perform any other duties which may be assigned from time to time.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in Accountancy or its equivalent, with professional qualification (e.g. CPA, CA) a plus
• 3-6 years of relevant experience

The HR Executive will support our Human Resources department in various administrative functions. The HR Executive will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including handling accreditation matters. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Payroll Processing:

• Support essential day-to-day HR operations including preparation, uploading and maintenance of employee data, contracts, benefits record in our payroll system.
• Update, maintain leaves and medical records of staff.
• Ensure salary and benefits are administered in line with statutory and company requirements in a timely and accurate manner.
• Process payroll administration such as overtime calculation, allowances, expense claims and generate payslips.
• Compile timesheets and payroll advices, reimbursements and other benefit entitlements.
• Reconcile and consolidate employee payroll and generate reports and bank files for payment.
• Handle employees' enquiries with professionalism and precision.
• Maintain high degree of accuracy when retrieving and cross-checking contracts, agreements, etc.

Accreditation Matters:

• Assist in maintaining and updating accreditations and certifications.
• Prepare documentation and submissions required for accreditation processes.
• Track expiration dates and renewal requirements for certifications.

HR Administrative Support:

• Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling meetings and processing new hire paperwork.
• Assist in planning and coordinating training and development programs.
• Maintain employee training records and update training resources.
• Manage training evaluation and feedback surveys and prepare reports for analysis.
• Handle staff queries and concerns related to HR policies and procedures.
• Prepare and coordinate employee on-boarding/off-boarding process.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in HR related studies preferred
• Diploma/Degree in Business/Accountancy/IT also welcome
• Willing to multi-task and have sense of urgency
