Job Title: Accounts and Admin Executive (ID3465)
Location: Ang mo kio
Working Hours: Mon- Fri 8:30am to 5:30pm
Salary: $2500-$3000

Job Description:
• Manage job postings, screening, interviews, and hiring processes.
• Address employee concerns and grievances.
• Responsible for Accounts Payable activities including payment processing.
• Responsible for Accounts Receivable activities including recording of collection from customers.
• Invoicing.
• Inventory management.
• GL entries.
• Prepare bank reconciliation.
• Support on administrative and customer service matters when necessary.

Requirements:
• 1-2 years related experience in accounting background.
• Disciplined with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good knowledge in computer skills: MS Office, especially in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Generate delivery orders, invoices, packing lists, and process sales inquiries via email/phone calls. Handle issuing of debit and credit notes.
• Answer phone calls, send statements of accounts
• Print, sort, file delivery orders and tax invoices, and mail tax invoices to customers.
• Manage the ordering of office supplies and equipment, such as toner, A4 paper, and envelopes.
• Arrange courier services for deliveries and shipments as needed.
• Consolidate and submit monthly petty cash summaries to accounts, and process purchase orders to vendors.

Requirements

• Min O Level with experience in administration.
