Customer Service Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries on various platforms (e.g. email, telephone, WhatsApp, Messenger) in a timely and effective manner.
• Communicate effectively with our team to ensure appropriate follow-up on customer solutions.
• Support the Customer Service Manager in the following:

1. Maintain swimmer database and ensure proper records of swimmers’ attendance and payment.
2. Drive improvements by implementing customer facing technology and smoother processes.
3. Support team of part-time customer service staff to ensure consistent implementation of customer service policies and timely resolution of customer service issues.
4. Assist in swim meets and company events when required.
5. Any other ad hoc duties, as advised/ required by the Customer Service manager.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Expertise in CRM platforms and related tools; experience with HubSpot, Intercom, Zapier, or Airtable is a bonus.
• Shows empathy and active listening skills and has a passion for understanding and addressing customer concerns.
• Able to adapt and able to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• Shows high level of professionalism and composure in stressful situations.

Tue - Fri: 9:00 AM - 6:00pm
Sun: 9:00 AM - 6:00pm

Sat & Mon: Day off.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing visually appealing displays that stimulate customer interest, which ultimately lead to increased sales. LOTTE Travel Retail Singapore operates 19 stores across 4 terminals of the Singapore Changi Airport.

Responsibilities

• Lead the VM team to develop visually captivating presentations that highlight new products and promotions in a creative way.
• Collaborate with merchandising, marketing and buying teams to create visually compelling displays that align with all the inventory categories.
• Oversee the visual displays to ensure consistency with the brand, messaging and advertising strategy.
• Enables in all stores visual merchandising planning to help multifunctional team to understand the site/shopper differences that can better drive brand equity for the brand portfolio.
• Monthly assistance with promotional signage installations and overseeing installation assignments.
• Create detailed planograms for bars and back walls, lightboxes that ensure alignment with brand's portfolio for display products positioning, color, price, and other compelling information to drive sales and encourage add-on purchases.
• Partners with Travel Retail marketing team to deliver the work across the fiscal year to meet business objectives.
• Manage the Visual Merchandising Capex and calendar and be accountable for the executions and results.
• Any other ad-hoc projects or duty as assigned.
  

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising or related field.
• 5+ years’ of experience (preferably in Retail or Travel Retail or FMCG merchandising) with graphic design, branding and in-store displays.
• Demonstrated experience in promoting sales through imaginative and appealing visual presentations.
• Expert knowledge of visual merchandising software tools and technology such as Powerpoint for presentation and Adobe illustrator (not mandatory but a bonus).
• Strong process leadership skills and experience managing a team
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to problem solve and adapt to unexpected scenarios with quick responses.
  

POSITION SUMMARY

• Plan and manage all marketing, advertising, publicity, and promotional events for the assigned brand(s) according to set guidelines

• Manage Public Relations, event, creative and production agencies

• Support the store Business Goals

• Support the CRM and increase existing base of VIP customers

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES

• Organize and oversee advertising / communication campaigns and promotional events

• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures

• Translate copy for marketing distributions (social media posts, EDMs, press releases etc)

• Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities

• Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance

• Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses

• Make periodical store visits to better understand the business marketing needs

• Build effective working relations with Brand Manager and store teams

• Monthly engagement with Store Manager at store level

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum a Diploma / Degree in Marketing

• Minimum 5 years & above of solid working experience in marketing planning, promotional programs development and execution, with excellent commercial insight and good analytical skill

• Good working knowledge of Ecommerce, digital media, media strategy, marketing, or retail marketing

• Agency experience preferred
