The Community Resource, Engagement and Support Team (CREST), serves as a community outreach for people with or who are at risk of mental health conditions including dementia and their caregivers. CREST conducts outreach events/activities to promote and increase mental health awareness as well as targeted case finding to identify those with mental health needs.

The Programme Executive (CREST) plays a supportive role providing the daily administrative and operational support to the team, contributing to the purpose of CREST service development and implementation. Key Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities

The Partnership Engagement Executive will be instrumental in supporting and executing GS1 Singapore’s strategic programs, focusing on partnership development and engagement. The role involves driving the adoption of 2D barcode initiatives, onboarding Solution Partners, managing the GS1 Solution Centre, and contributing to sustainability and value-added initiatives. Responsibilities

1. 2D Initiatives Support:

• Support in planning, executing, and promoting GS1 Singapore’s 2D initiatives across various industries.
• Orgainise outreach activities to educate stakeholders on the advantages of adopting GS1 2D barcodes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the deployment of 2D barcodes and monitor implementation progress.

2. Solution Partner Acquisition and Engagement:

• Drive the acquisition of new solution providers and oversee their onboarding into the GS1 Singapore Solution Partner Programme.

3. Solution Centre Set-up and Management:

• Work with BPOs in reviewing business blueprint deviations and amendment the change requests or business process with requestors, users and BAM.

Provide post-implementation support to super-users:

• Create and implement programs that will provide refresher trainings to end-users in usage of business applications.

• Adequately address “how-to” queries from end-users.
• Adequately support users in handling complex transactions in the business applications.
• Escalate to BAM, cases that requires BAM intervention.

• Process efficiency
• Address corporate governance concerns
• Address external regulatory concerns
