The role is responsible for handling all Operational matters related to Remittance & Deposits, Accounts Payable and back up for Private Banking investments:
- Primary functions include processing of Deposit & Remittances products such as deposit accounts and remittances
- Management of SWIFT Alliance System, including processing of SWIFT
- Processing of Accounts Payable function such as staff and vendor payments
- Preparation of Management/Head Office/MAS reports, including but not limited to FATCA/CRS reporting
- Secondary functions include handling of wealth management products
- Making constructive and practical suggestions to enhance operational workflow and reduce operational risks
- Co-ordination with other stakeholders to resolve issues
- Carries out other duties as and when assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in banking operations handling corporate banking
