POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Human Resource Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our organization's human resources functions. You will be responsible for various HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. THE JOB:

• Perform the full employee cycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Administer and execute a full spectrum of HR processes including compliance with statutory regulations, salary administration, employee movements - (transfers, promotion, confirmation, resignation) processes, employee benefits, and any such activities.
• Prepare and process overall payroll ensuring that salary is paid timely and accurately (commission, incentive, allowance, reimbursement).

• Handle Foreign staff management which includes processing of pass activities, renewal, medical checkups, insurance plans, staff welfare, and managing Government portals related to foreign employment.
• Resolving employee grievances by counseling employees and supervisors.
• Manage Group Employee Insurance plan by updating staff movement.
• Prepares statistics for all government surveys and questionnaires.

Job Purpose

The Accounts Executive is responsible in maintaining updated cash book and unpaid Trade Contractor Certificate of Payment Response (TCCP) / invoice log, update invoice receipt into SUN system and all accounts payable functions. The role works closely with other members of the Finance Team, as well as external liaison with Suppliers and Subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

· Check, verify, and record TCCP into unpaid TCCP log and ensuring they are charged correctly into Projects. Subsequently matching TCCP with invoices received from external suppliers/trade contractors

· Maintain and manage all cash and banking records, logs, spreadsheets, and registers

· Ensure the coordination of the statutory audit of cash, year in year out, and resolve all possible queries

Operations Duties

• Terminal Cost Calculation: Calculate container/Cargo terminal costs based on operational requirements and relevant cost factors. Take responsibility for maintaining an accurate operational list, which includes capturing all chargeable units and those of partner slot units. This involves doublechecking data entry and verifying information to maintain data integrity.
• Collaboration with the Operational team, Finance team, and Digital team to gather necessary information, resolve any discrepancies, and ensure timely and accurate reporting.

System Support

Key Responsibilities

Detailed Job Scope

1. Leasing

• Scout and prospect for new tenants/licensees that is overall beneficial to both branding and commercial aspects of the assigned Group’s properties and leasing business of it’s subsidiaries.
• Manage lease renewals with existing clients and liaising with property agents.
• Represent Group and CKTL Leasing for negotiations to achieve and secure maximum yield of rental units based on pricing, budget and market.
• Run background checks on potential tenants to evaluate their credit status, ACRA and criminal record to determine if they meet company requirements.
• Oversee and complete all necessary contractual paperwork and handover of units to new tenants/lessees, including lawyer’s consult and with lawyers and CKTL’s Contracts Manager if required for matters relating to CKTL Leasing.
• Maintain contact with clients during their tenancy period to aid them in the resolution of arising matters.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders of Operations, Property Management, Store Design, Marketing and Finance teams to ensure win-win relationship between landlord and tenants during tenancy periods.

2. Others

• Support subsidiaries in scouting and securing of new short-term pop-up stores or atrium events locations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

• Minimum Diploma holder in Marketing, Business Management/Administration/Real Estate or any other relevant degree in this area.
