We are urgently looking out for a Senior Finance Executive:

Key responsibilities:

Senior Finance Executive Functions:

• Administrative work
• Sales Support when required
• Account Payable
• Account Receivable
• Journal Adjustment
• Balance Sheet Schedule
• Prepare GST
• Prepare Monthly Reporting, Forecast and Budget to HQ
• Prepare slides for meeting
• Assist In Audit
• Reporting to management and generating financial statements for 2 smaller entities

Accounting functions

• Booking Suppliers Invoices and initiating payments.
• Checking authenticity of expense claims / vouchers
• Reconciling Suppliers balances with their statements
• Assuring the timely deduction of Debit Notes/Claims to Suppliers
• Checking of Accounts Receivables & reconciliations
• Checking of Debtors Outstanding report and highlighting the unusual Customers
• Preparation documents for Bank payment and overall Treasury functions.
• Bank entries and good knowledge of Bank Reconciliations.
• Review and manage inter-company accounts reconciliation process.
• Managing the books of accounts to the level of finalization
• Statutory Corporate Compliance of different group companies
• Preparation GST workings and submission of GST returns on Quarterly basis.
• Preparation of different audit schedules for the financial audit.
• Handle treasury/banking matters (if any)
• Preparation of timely monthly management accounts and present to the Finance Manager.
• Coordinating different department managers to improve internal controls and procedures.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the FM.

Experienced Accountant with good financial skills

• Minimum diploma in accountancy. Preferred financial qualification (i.e., MBA Finance, ACCA, /CA-Intermediate) or any other relevant certification which is internationally recognized.
• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience preferably from an international organization with a fast-paced work environment. Candidates with experience in Construction industry would be viewed favourably.
• Possess solid hands-on experience in preparing financial/management reports with multiple functional currency and significant intercompany transactions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft office especially in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in ERP/consolidation systems such as Sage300 (preferred),
• Eye for details with an analytical mindset
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced and versatile environment.
• Able to handle local and HQ reporting deadline – 2 working days after closing on month end basis

Salary Range: $3,500 to $4,000 depending on the qualifications and experience.

Account Receivables

· Prepare and issue invoices and relevant accounting records

· Response to customers’ queries

· Follow up on collection

· Receipts process and relevant accounting records

· Report AR status

· Issue monthly intercompany invoices

Account Payables

· Review staff claims and process claims payment

· Record bills for invoices received

· Prepare bank instruction and raise bill payment records

· Response to vendors’ queries

· Record monthly intercompany invoices received

· Create Purchase Orders for Purchase Requisitions raised (when needed)

Insurances

· Purchase of fee insurances, related records, and reporting.

· Other insurances claims processing/ support

Taxation

· Prepare quarterly GST report

· Prepare GST amendments and audit

· Prepare withholding tax filing

Finance Closing & Projects

· Prepare bank reconciliation and other balance sheets account schedule

· Support Finance Manager on month end closing reporting process

· Provide administrative support during budget preparation

· Participate in annual audits

· Perform fixed asset tagging and annual counts exercise

· Support other regulatory compliance reports

Procurement (Cover)

· Processing purchase requests

· Accepting and sorting deliveries

· Delivery to requestors

Performing other ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned
