Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of event planning, promotion and execution, including , scheduling, logistics, and team coordination. Mainly in Promoter deployment

- Lead project teams to ensure that events are delivered on time and meet or exceed client expectations.

- Inventory planning and management

- Recruitment, training, supervision, audit and appraisals of manpower

- Provision of manpower deployment schedule, admin program, progress updates, inventory daily report update, service escalation / incident report and post-mortem report on event / promotion

- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Operations Executive to join our team.

This position offers the ability to grow, develop and maintain relationships with key clients and temporary staffs.

You will be responsible for executing projects/activations for clients mainly in supermarkets, roadshows, departmental store or pharmacies. Job will involve sourcing, rostering, training, deploying and handling payrolls of staffs and also liaising with clients on the deployments. Working on weekends is expected.

Job Responsibilities:

• Executing projects in respect to client's requirement
• Planning, attending to and executing of project requirements (manpower sourcing, planning and confirmation of deployment, training (internal courses, client's product, Training and SOP) supervision and visiting of in-store activations)
• Liaising and coordinating with different departments (Sales and Logistics) and Business Units to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Manage post project administrative matters (reports, payroll, reviews and meetings with clients)
• Any other duties deem fit by the Operations Manager
• Traveling on site to ensure operations are executed smoothly
