• Monitors all billing and credit collection, and maintains a daily collections report
• Supports the preparation of cash flow estimates and forecasts for the campus, and assists in the managing the campus’ financial assets and liabilities
• Assists in the preparation and verification of all financial transactions in the campus
• Reviews the accuracy of vendor invoices and staff and student claims in the campus, ensuring that policies are complied with and expenses are charge to the correct cost center
• Works closely with the Academics and Admissions team to review scholarship applications and undertakes the necessary processes for the respective scholarships (e.g. scholarships may be awarded partially or in full, or at end of the year and requires upfront payment, etc.)
• For merit-based scholarship, ensures the scholarship is administered together with the tuition fees invoice
• For income-based scholarships, collect relevant financial documents from the parents for review and means-testing, and ensures the scholarship amount allocated is accurate.

• Monday – Friday: 9.00 am to 5.30pm (1 hr lunch break)
• Saturday: 9.00am to 1pm

JOB PURPOSE:

Support and coordinate the internal and external resources to expedite company workflow.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle full set of accounts, including AR, AP, GL, costing, financial statements and GST reporting for a few companies.

• Monthly bank reconciliation.

JOB SPECIFICATION:

• At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position

• At least a Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent, LCCI or ACCA.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking associate.

• Independent, meticulous, proactive with pleasant disposition.

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel

Job Requirements:

• Qualification of a diploma or its equivalent in HR or related business fields.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in HR, preferably in a Generalist capacity.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors and TimeSoft payroll software would be beneficial.
• Thorough understanding of local employment laws and regulations.
