We are looking for a self-motivated Finance and HR Executive. You have the chance to be one of our core team to implement systems and procedures to corportise our business

Our business includes a retail segment with 2 retail chains selling fast moving consumer goods and religious products, a property rental segment and a direct selling segment

Responsibilities:

Accounting, General Admin Functions

• Responsible for the full set accounts and day-to-day accounting
• Perform bookkeeping general ledger, AP, cash management, and bank reconciliation
• Ensure all accounting records are kept up-to-date and maintained promptly and accurately
• Handle all regulatory submissions including GST returns
• Process payments to suppliers
• Liaise with the external auditor and tax agents
• Report to the Directors and handle ad-hoc assignments

HR Functions

• Responsible for full spectrum of HR function
• Responsible in payroll process, claims expenses, and other related matters
• Manage recruitment cycle including sourcing, arrange for interview, and salary proposal
• Process Work pass application, renewable and cancellation
• Coordinate with insurance agents with regards to cancellation, renewal, new coverage of insurances

Requirements:

• ACCA/Diploma in Accounting or equivalent with 2 years of relevant work experience
• Possess knowledge in GST, Local Tax Regulations, and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (FRS)
• Self -motivated. well organized, meticulous, and able to multi-task

Role:

• Generate Technical Proposals to support the Sales Team.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding product queries, orders, and deliveries, and provide administrative support for the Sales Team.
• Oversee the sales order process, including purchase orders, invoices, and issuing sales transaction orders.
• Verify customer orders, including customer details and payment information.
• Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, or complaints via phone or email.
• Ensure quotes align with raised orders, confirming correct pricing, terms, and conditions.
• Record data and maintain systems as outlined in the sales process SOP and as directed by the Sales Team.
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the Engine and Propulsions Systems or related industry in administration or technical service support.
• Goal-oriented and meticulous in providing accurate information.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Able to handle pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Scope:

Supports the Group in providing operations, administration, and coordination support for stakeholder meetings

· Plan and coordinate and support stakeholder meetings, including:

o Source for venues and refreshments for meetings

o Liaise with IT support to prepare meeting locations

o Calling for agenda, writing of detailed notes and minutes

o Develop summary briefing presentations

Monitor work plans and preventive health work streams, calling out key gaps and shortfalls

Working Arrangement:

Location: Outram Park

Duration: 1 Jan 2025 - 31 Mar 25

Working Hours: Mondays - Fridays (office hours)

Salary: $17/H

About the role:

We are pleased to present an exciting opportunity for Project Executives to begin their professional journey in Singapore with Civica. We are looking for a bunch of talented graduates who can join us and start working on the MS office suit to do data updating and manipulation.Our Project executives are required to support in compiling Collection Profiling Reports for MOE schools as a project deliverable. This role will provide key input and organisation of both daily operations and new initiatives within the team, and across the group.

This position is temporary and will take place from January 2, 2025, to January 31, 2025, offering a hybrid work arrangement.

What you will do to be successful in this role:

A Project Executive, you will be providing support in compiling data analytics reports for customers and you should also be able to provide administrative project support as required.

• Proficient in MS Office
• Highly organised, driven and proactive in approach
• Excellent time management skills and self-motivation
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently
• Basic IT skills and computer literacy is a must
