• Manage accurate production records, work orders and production schedules.

To acquire sales and maintain existing customers as required by company

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle full sets of accounts, including financial statements, and support audits as required.
• Manage all aspects related to accounting functions to facilitate the closing of full sets of accounts (AR, AP, GL).
• Responsible for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing.

Daily Tasks:

• Manage day-to-day financial transactions such as issuing invoices, allocating receipts and payments, and recording transactions in the accounting system.
• Oversee the company's daily accounting tasks.
• Process the company’s weekly expense reimbursements and petty cash claims.
• Accurately record customers' daily invoices.
• Conduct daily cash and inventory stock counts.
• Promptly process the company's daily expenses.
• Ensure proper documentation recording and filing.
• Provide relevant support as necessary and undertake other ad-hoc assignments.

Monthly Tasks:

• Process suppliers' invoices and conduct monthly payment reconciliations of bank statements.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
• Prepare payment vouchers, and journals, and issue debit/credit notes.
• Execute Fixed Asset Depreciation procedures.
• Conduct Fixed Assets Management.
• Conduct monthly inventory audits.
• Prepare monthly closing schedules.
• Assist in quarterly GST and yearly tax submissions.
• Assist in annual finance audits.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

3. Possess 1-2 years of experience (partial/full sets of accounts).
4. Experience with accounting software Xero will be advantageous.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including spreadsheet management and formulas.

7. Possess strong communication skills.
8. Ability to work with a positive attitude and self-motivation.

The Customer Service Executive is responsible for providing administrative support in fulfilling customer orders and needs. He or She has to establish a good rapport with customers and internally amongst co-workers.

• Handle all incoming phone calls and emails.
• Plan and coordinate daily deliveries and collections.
• Process sales orders, delivery notes, invoices, quotations, debit notes and credit notes.
• Follow-up and respond promptly on customers' enquires.
• Work closely with vendors such as Warehouse, Transporters, Shipping agents to resolve customers' issues.
• Assist with generating daily invoices.
• Follow up with customers on outstanding AR.
