ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Job Scopes:
Clients’ accounting and administrative:
1. Managing a portfolio of clients accounts;
2. Performing data entry for accounting assignment for clients;
3. Preparing full-set monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or annual management account for clients (onsite client’s office required for some jobs);
4. Preparing GST reports for clients for submission to IRAS;
5. Preparing monthly payroll reports including payslip for clients;
6. Preparing and submitting the client’s Auto-Inclusion Scheme (AIS) report;
7. Assisting with the client’s GST application and de-registration matters;
8. Preparing unaudited financial statements;
9. Undertaking ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
Requirements:
Ø Diploma/Degree in Accounting or equivalent;
Ø Minimum of 2 Year(s) of working experience in a relevant field;
Ø Must have full-set account experience, preferably with experience in an accounting management firm;
Ø Willing to work onsite at the client’s office when required;
Ø Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Ø Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Ø Proactive and independent with a positive working attitude;
Ø Strong team-player;
Ø Experience in the compilation of financial statements is an added advantage
