• Define job responsibilities for import/export operations to meet manufacturing needs.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide administrative support in the management and operation of tours, regular programming and museum related events

- Liaise with clients to understand enquiries and requirements

We are seeking a candidate to be responsible for overseeing SAP R3 to HANA migration and D365 database migration with a new Chart of Accounts, ensuring seamless system integration. They will manage data validation, including Financial Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory, and Fixed Assets, and coordinate migration of balances and open items. Conducting User Acceptance Testing, validating financial processes, and ensuring system customization in D365 is included. Essential Responsibilities

1. Systems Migration & Integration

· Responsible SAP R3 to HANA migration alongside implementation vendor

· Oversee D365 database migration with new Chart of Accounts

· Ensure seamless integration between HANA and D365 systems

1. Data Management & Validation

· Verify changes in master files for AP, AR, Inventory, and Fixed Assets
