Responsibilities

1. Revenue Assurance

• Review salesperson transactions and commission inquiries, investigate flagged errors, and escalate to the IT Department for resolution.

3. Welfare & Incentive

• Respond to welfare and incentive-related inquiries.
• Resolves the issues in performance and welfare system.
• Oversee monthly adjustments for overriding, performance reconciliations, ensure proper tax declaration through the internal tax-income uploader system.
• Check the performance-related data to ensure such information is updated correctly.

Requirements

1. Degree in Business Management or its other equivalent.

THE OPPORTUNITY

The Senior Event Executive will have logistical responsibility for several events per year including conferences and meetings of varying scale. This role involves close cooperation with Event Managers (Producer) and teams and requires ability to multi-task and take the lead when required, as well as being able to work independently on projects in a high-pressured environment.

THE WORK

• Onsite management of virtual, hybrid or physical events across Asia Pacific region.
• Set, communicate, maintain timelines and priorities on project through timeframes, status reporting, emails etc.
• Deliver meetings and events on time, within budget and participating to the realisation of concepts and proposals
• Participate in production and presentation of proposal to clients (concept, creativity, planning, timeline, budget)
• Maintain and develop long-term client relationship by meeting or exceeding client’s expectations
• Responsible for sourcing, negotiating and managing third party vendors and venues across the Asia Pacific region.
• Management of stakeholders and assigned team members, including overall resource planning of roles and responsibilities pre-event and onsite
• Conduct internal pre-program briefings and post-program debriefings, including briefing and debriefings.
• Final reconciliation (operational and financial) of all projects handled
• Onsite management of virtual, hybrid or physical events across the Asia Pacific region

• Diploma/Degree qualification in Hospitality/Business/Marketing

What You Will Be Doing

The Office Operations Executive plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless day-to-day operations of our office. Reporting to the Operations and HR Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining an efficient, organized, and welcoming work environment for our team. Key Responsibilities

• Office Operations and Maintenance: Work closely with the Operations and HR Manager to ensure all office facilities, equipment, and assets are functional, well-maintained, and up-to-date, while serving as the primary liaison with building management for office-related matters.
• Pantry and Supplies Management: Oversee pantry supplies and inventory, ensuring they are consistently stocked and well-organized to support daily operations.
• Vendor and Procurement Coordination: Manage the procurement of office supplies, equipment, and pantry items through the agency's approved vendor list, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Office Environment Management: Partner with the cleaning company to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace, including meeting rooms and communal areas.

Your duties as E-Commerce Executiveare as follows:

· Drive sales performance of the e-commerce platform

· Manage and execute promotional campaigns & activities

· Provide insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection, mechanics and identify assortment gaps
