Job Responsibilities:

· Order Processing & Inventory Management:

· Receive and review orders for accuracy.

· Submit orders into the system.

· Confirm details with customers (specifications, quantities, delivery dates).

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute procurement strategies for food ingredients, ensuring alignment with company goals, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

2. Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers/vendors based on criteria such as price, quality, reliability, and delivery timelines.

3. Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on food ingredient trends, prices, and availability, and provide insights to the management team.

4. Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable pricing, favorable payment terms, and ensure long-term partnerships.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, quality control, and finance, to understand ingredient requirements and ensure smooth procurement processes.

7. Monitor and track supplier performance, including on-time delivery, quality control, and adherence to contractual obligations.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree

2. Proven experience of 2-3 years in procurement within the food industry, preferably in food ingredients.

3. Strong knowledge of food ingredient specifications, market trends, and sourcing strategies.

4. Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.

5. Sound understanding of procurement processes, contract management, and supplier performance evaluation.

6. Proficiency in using procurement software and tools for data analysis and reporting.

• Handle planning and deployment of crane operators and drivers;
• Direct drivers, advising them on all loading and unloading of consignments and goods;
• Respect the law on road traffic and the traffic of goods;

Bartley Christian Church desires to see our young adults (age 19-30) cultivate a deep desire for the Word of God, enabling them to love, relate to, and bring the gospel to those around them. We are seeking a Young Adults Ministry Executive who is passionate about journeying with young adults to develop their relationship with Jesus and be on mission with Him. He/She will be responsible for the smooth and effective execution of all aspects of the young adults ministry programs and provide support in their development and spiritual growth, together with the Young Adults Pastor and a team of volunteer leaders.

Responsibilities

● Develop and design a discipleship plan for young adults and oversee the confirmation process.

● Create curriculum, activities, and games for young adult programs. This may include developing community groups and young adult ministry teams.

● Manage and coordinate all young adult programs, camps, retreats, mission trips, and other events with the events ministry team.

● Partner with the Young Adults Pastor in recruiting, training, and equipping volunteers to share in the leadership of the young adults ministry through discipling and mentoring.

● Prepare and manage the young adults ministry budget.

● Partner with the communications ministry team in maintaining communications with the church, young adults, parents, and leaders.

● Provide pastoral care and spiritual support to young adults and their families, including counseling and discipleship.

● Assist the Young Adults Pastor in training, teaching and preaching when necessary.

● Facilitate and ensure the assimilation of those who are new in the Young Adults ministry. Build personal relationships with young adults through one-on-one visits, Discipleship Groups, and other opportunities.

● Oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling, location booking, processing registration, tracking attendance, maintaining database and records, printing and disseminating training and event materials.

Requirement

● Possess a Diploma or Degree in any field (those with a Theological Degree / Bible School Trained would be at an advantage).

● At least 1-3 years of working experience in Full Time Ministry Work (Youth or Young Adults Ministry preferred).

● Possess good people and communication skills, organizational and a passion for Young Adults and Discipleship.

• Relevant Seven (7)+ years of successful Enterprise technology sales experience is required.
• Demonstrated track record of top performance with multi-million-dollar quota
• In depth knowledge of "as a Service" models and their value proposition
• Direct experience in IT Services Industry focused on PC's or "As a Service" type consumption models
