As a Sales Executive (Pre-owned Cars) at MOTOR-EAST PTE LTD, you will be responsible for driving sales of our pre-owned vehicle inventory. This full-time role is based in our Toa Payoh West Central Region showroom, where you will engage with customers, understand their needs, and match them with the perfect pre-owned car to meet their requirements.

Description of Duties:
• Engage with customers honestly and professionally to build trust and lasting relationship.
• Drive sales for our range of pre-owned vehicles, wide variety of cars ranging from Japanese to Continental makes.
• Deliver exceptional service to customers, ensuring a seamless experience from initial inquiry through to post-sale support.
• Stay informed on vehicle specs, features, and performance to provide well-informed guidance.
• Manage the entire sales process, including test drives and coordinating financing options.
• Keep up to date with industry developments and competitor offerings to better position our vehicles.
• Address customer inquiries professionally and resolve feedback promptly.
• Engage with customers honestly and professionally to build trust and lasting relationship

Requirements:
• Valid Class 3/3A license with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience.
• Experience in automotive, retail sales, service, and hospitality industries preferred.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on weekends and public holidays.

Description of the Role

This role encompasses diverse types of communication work, including consumer PR, IMC, and stakeholders management. The primary focus is on the consumer tech sector, requiring interaction with clients in industries such as smart gadgets, smartphones, and related technologies across Southeast Asia, including Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippine, and Taiwan.

Scope of the Role

Client Servicing & Project Management

• Serve as the primary contact point for consumer tech clients, including client from the regional team and the local PR team.
• Manage day-to-day account deliverables, including client servicing, third-party liaison, proposal development, and on-site support.
• Monitor project progress and ensure all stakeholders (client, internal teams, third parties) are kept updated throughout the process.
• Guide Account Executives and Interns on projects, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Contribute to account administration duties such as billing, activity reports, and other operational needs.

Strategy & Research

• Fully support research and brainstorming for new business pitches and existing clients. This includes competitor analysis, market landscape insights, tagline ideation, communication opportunity identification, and message house building.
• Collaborate on developing integrated communications plans under supervisor guidance, including key messaging, positioning, and new business proposals.
• Conduct research to maintain a deep understanding of clients' businesses, industries, and market trends.

Content Creation

• Create engaging content such as pitch letters, news releases, newsletters, reports, and other communication materials tailored to the consumer tech audience or other style that required by client (e.g. lifestyle & fashion, photography, branding, etc.).
• Identify emerging industry and media trends to craft relevant content and narratives.
• Support the ideation and development of messaging frameworks and taglines for campaigns.

Media & Influencer Relations

• Build and maintain media and influencer lists.
• Handle media and influencer inquiries and proactively identify opportunities for client exposure.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with media and influencers to amplify client messaging and secure coverage.
• Monitor media and social key data points via Meltwater and other tools, to identify and summarize trends or key coverage that affects the client’s business.

Event Management

• Coordinate events, activations, and promotions for clients, ensuring flawless execution and alignment with campaign objectives.
• Assist with vendor and partner management related to client events, ensuring high-quality delivery under supervisor guidance.

Requirements of the Role

• Degree and/or post-graduate degree in Public Relations, Political Science, Media, Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or related fields.
• Proficient in listening/writing/speaking/reading English is a must; Able to communicate and collaborate daily with overseas foreign colleagues and other stakeholders (e.g. media & KOL) via email and necessary tools (e.g. WhatsApp, WeChat, LINE, Viber, etc.)
• 2-4 years of experience in consumer tech communication or PR or similar roles.
• Proven ability to manage projects independently and liaise with clients effectively.
• Strong copywriting skills, particularly in crafting content for the consumer tech audience or lifestyle audience.
• Strong research and analytical abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams. Independent, can-do attitude.
• Computer skills: MS Office (Word, PPT, Excel, Outlook), Google Docs/Slides/Sheets/Forms/Drive, Tencent Meeting/Zoom/Teams. Ability to use AI related tools (GPT, Gemini, Midjourney, Meltwater, etc.) is a plus.
• Capable of multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and meeting tight deadlines.

You will support the Senior/ Manager, Support Operations in managing the services across the various support operation services units, and to ensure the operation and maintenance support of the hospital are efficiently and effectively run.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in healthcare industry. Those with experience in managing support operations will have an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
