• Efficiently manage accounts payable and receivables
• Facilitate submissions and applications with government agencies, such as employment permits
• Prepare employee salaries promptly and accurately
• Generate essential documents like work orders, delivery orders, job orders, and invoices
• Provide timely responses to both online and walk-in sales queries
• Willingness to tackle any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Previous work experience is preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Priority will be given to candidates with HR and bookkeeping backgrounds
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Fluency in spoken and written English, with Mandarin proficiency preferred
• Ability to multitask and manage workloads effectively without constant supervision

Job Responsibilities

• To clinch sales projects and meet sales quota
• To respond and follow up on sales enquiries
• To actively look out for new sales opportunities
• To gather requirements/feedback through customer visits to ensure customer satisfaction
• To prepare proposals, tenders and/or quotations, collaborating with Design and Operations Teams
• To ensure information are properly handed over to Design and Operations Teams to meet client’s and all installation compliance
• To monitor project progress and coordinate on equipment arrival logistics to ensure timely project completion
• To verify accuracy of all billings (internal / external) and follow up to ensure payments are promptly received
• To prepare Sales Documentations at the point of handing over to client
• To assist Sales Manager to perform any other related duties as required

Job Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma, in any field.
• Preferably at least 2 years working experience in related field.
• The ability and desire to sell.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence & vehicle (Preferred but not a prerequisite)

Sales administration

• Respond promptly to customers' queries

• Source for materials via emails and phone calls to new and current suppliers

• Issuance / arrangement / coordination of sales and purchase related documents (Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, Invoices, Delivery Orders etc) and transactions in MYOB or other Accounting Program

• Collate and compile accurate instructions and documents (from customers) to Production team

• Coordinate with production staff to ensure timely delivery to customers
