RESPONSIBILITIES

The role will be part of the Family Support Services-Families for Life team that delivers evidence-based parenting and marriage programmes. The role will work with trainers, school and community partners, in planning and promoting these programmes to support parents, newlyweds and married couples. Responsibilities:

• Discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction
• Providing quality technical consultative service and generating specification document to Architects, Façade Consultants and Contractors
• Gathering feedback from customers or prospects and sharing with internal teams to develop better sales strategies
• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
