Responsibilities:

Candidates are expected to:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to promote and sell marine rigging solutions
• Identify and establish relationships with key and prospective clients
• Provide technical expertise to clients, understanding their unique requirements and offering tailored marine rigging solutions
• Collaborate closely with the Operations team to understand and communicate technical features and benefits
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the technical advantages of our marine rigging solutions
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to formulate sales strategies
• Prepare and present technical proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients
• Work collaboratively with the Sales team to meet revenue targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business
• Travel to client locations and participate in trade industry events
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

A successful candidate will possess:

• Diploma in Business, Engineering, Marine Technology, or a related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams
• Willingness to learn about the range of marine rigging solutions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of applications
• A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and/or exceeding sales targets
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events

*This is a junior level Technical Sales Executive where no experience is required as on-the-job learning and mentorship opportunities will be provided . Candidates who display willingness to learn and right attitude can apply.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts, including passing journals, performing bank reconciliation, preparing Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet statements, maintaining fixed assets registers and general ledger.
• Assist in monthly accounting reports, month-end and year-end closings.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations for all bank accounts.
• Support day-to-day accounting operations and perform data entries. Ensure all the accounting records are properly updated and reconciled.
• Assist in billing, invoicing and collection (account receivables) and coordinate with project teams/ sales team on invoicing/ collection matters.
• Keep track of all monthly payments and expenditures, including vendor invoices (account payable).
• Monitor and manage petty cash reimbursements, staff expense claim and process payment.
• Prepare and file GST and other report submissions.
• Assist to liaise with bankers, tax agents and auditors, and also support tax and audit requirements by preparing reconciliations and necessary schedules.
• Ensure all accounting systems, practices, controls and procedures are fully compliance with company policy and government regulations.
• Assist in any ad-hoc tasks as required.

Education, Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• Proficient in MS Office & QuickBooks accounting software.
• Strong background in Singapore Accounting and regulatory compliance.
• Experience working in an IT company is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Self-discipline, meticulous, attentive, willing to learn.

Responsibilities:

· Sell our products and/or services to local, B2C & overseas clients

· Ensure proper documentation and packaging for overseas shipment

· Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients

· Handle customer feedback & complaints

· Maintain records of all sales leads, activity, order history and pricing

· Submitting monthly forecasting report to purchaser

· Generate sales report for submission to management

· Sales coordination including assisting sales team to arrange customers appointment, handling urgent calls, sales emails and messages when sales representatives are unavailable.

· Handling orders by phone, email, SMS or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, MOQ.

· Inputting orders to company’s system, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.

· Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirement:

· Preferred knowing in Japan culture, speaking and writing in Japanese will be advantage

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and execute social media strategies for new product launches
• Manage and own the social media content calendar
• Develop and execute sustenance strategies for long-running marketing campaigns to continuously grow new sub-brands and audience
• Develop and execute results-driven, multi-platform communications strategy, in line with corporate and brand direction
• Set goals and develop reporting metrics for each social media platform
• Craft effective campaign briefs for creative team
• Work with the marketing & creative teams to create high quality and timely content that engages with a wide range of audience types
• Work closely with the marketing & creative teams to develop KOL engagement activities and develop supporting assets for campaigns
• Build lasting relationships with existing KOLs / influencers, and actively engage new content creators for campaigns
• Create and distribute engaging copy across all social media platforms
• Research on new audience interests and behavior to develop relevant, localised, and engaging content plans for multiple social platforms (such as Instagram, TikTok)

Requirements

• Prior experience in social media management, product marketing, brand management and/or agency experience
• Good knowledge of digital marketing, advertising, social media, PR and retail trends and insights
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and other reporting tools
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Self motivated, and comfortable working collaboratively with internal teams
