SG Cares Volunteer Centre (VC) @ Yishun is a community-based organisation appointed by MCCY, to grow and coordinate volunteerism efforts at the town-level and facilitate partnerships to bridge the gap between community needs and resources.

CampusImpact was appointed as the SG Cares VC @ Yishun since August 2020.

The Community Outreach Executive supports the team with the following tasks:

• Provide support related to volunteer resources (recruit, engage, retain, train and recognise volunteers) at CampusImpact and in Yishun.
• Upkeep new and existing online platforms used for community outreach programmes and promotion of volunteerism.
• Support and manage the Volunteer Management System, including administrative data entry and ensuring records are up to date.
• Coordination and faciliation of partnerships and events (administration, manpower, public speaking and logistic support).
• Able to work on certain weekends (ad-hoc).
• Any other ad-hoc duties determined by CampusImpact.

Candidates with past experience with volunteers and/or personally volunteering in the social service sector is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the company’s e-commerce platforms (e.g., website, shopee, lazada).
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and returns via e-commerce platforms in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor and manage product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and inventory levels.

• Prepare weekly reports on refund/return cases.

• Create, manage progress, and update sales volume & amount budgets to notify stakeholders of the latest status and plan profit-maximization-strategies in line with market conditions.
