• Oversee and maintain facilities at the club by collaborating with contractors and vendors in adherence to all rules and regulations.
• Ensure preventive, corrective, and ad-hoc maintenance is completed to meet required standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and contractor performance evaluations to drive continuous improvement.
• Gather and consolidate user requirements for projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Maintain proper administration and documentation to support all maintenance activities and projects.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies, oversee necessary certifications and permits, and maintain records for all facilities.
• Assist in the conduct of fire drills and tabletop exercises, ensure security and respond promptly to alarms and facility issues.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in Facilities Management would be added advantage.
• Diploma in Facilities Management or related qualifications such as facilities, project management and construction management.

Established good customer relationship and provide product selection solution to best meet the customer's workplace need. Penetration and retention of
existing business through pro-active outbound calls & email marketing promotions.

• Customer Engagement - Actively influence customers to purchase products by providing detailed product information and accurate price quotations.
• Data Management - Maintain and update customer general data, ensuring records are current and accurate (including email, primary contact, and contact numbers).
• Customer Support - Address customer feedback and handle inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Promotional Execution - Implement marketing and sales promotions aimed at reactivating existing customers, particularly within vacant territories.
• Service Excellence - Deliver exceptional customer service at all times, maintaining a high level of professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Additional Duties - Perform any other reasonable ad-hoc assignments as required to support the team and business objectives.

QUALIFICATION

• Minimum Diploma level
• SAP user , high proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel), Sales prospoecting skills, sales negotiation skills
• Effective communicator. Fluent in oral and written English.
• Minimum 2 year of relevant experience in handling outbound calls/Telemarketing/Telesales
