• Reconcile Customer Collection report with Bank Ledger
• Correspond with customers and respond to inquiries
• Assist with month-end closing
• Provide supporting documentation for audits
• Prepare and publish GST report on monthly basis

• Basic Salary: $2,300 to $2,600
• Yearly Performance Bonus (up to 2 Months)

• Working Hours: Mon to Fri (9am to 6pm) & Alt. Sat (9am to 12.30pm)

Responsibilities:

• Declare permit for import.
• Received parts into SAP and labelled with Customs lot.
• Putaway to location.
• Input data to Gurusoft.
• Handover permits to accounts on every Monday.
• Drop order on SAP daily.
• Plan, pick and pack within same day.
• Print out invoice and book via assigned forwarder.
• Open DO and release to Ops for delivery or arrange with forwarder for self-collection.
• To execute cycle count and prepare simple reports.
• Provide customer service to customer on daily basis.

Requirements:

• Able to carry up to 20kg when required.
